As the big day draws nearer our excitement is growing! so we thought we’d help you all plan your day and give an insight into a couple of highlights going on throughout the day.
Easton Youth Theatre – Kid’s Village
For all the future actors, actresses and performers in the audience, the drama workshops run by Easton Youth Theatre are a mus visit. Their performances will showcase some of the best young talent as well as being a great load of fun for all kids who just want to let off a bit of energy and have some fun.
Bristol Swing Dance – Dance Stage 12:45pm
The thriving Bristol Swing dance community will be represented heavily at Redfest. Bristol Swing Dance will be offering demos and workshops of the infectiously fun Swing dance that all are welcome to participate in. Who knows, you may even find your new hobby?
Bramble FM Theatre
Bramble FM are back for another year. Their brilliant theatre performances that were a highlight last year are certain to do the same again in 2016. so be sure to hope over there at least once during your day!
Hazy Hoop – Cabaret
Some amazing sights are to be seen at circus professional Hazy Hoop’s performance at Redfest 2016. The whip cracking spectacle is sure to be something of wonder and amazement!
Doghouse – Chelsea Stage 1:30pm
Ex -Sicknote front man Doghouse will be performing a set on the Chelsea Stage. The psychic, elector and techno inspired sound of Doghouse will be an experience for all and something that Sicknote fans of old and new cannot miss.
The Soil Strutters – Grounded Cafe Stage 5:30pm
This collective of professional musicians from Bristol love nothing more than a bit of funk, soul and disco. The band have grown immensely since their spontaneous founding in 2012, and are regulars in the Bristol circuit. It’s this experience and talent that makes them a must see at Redfest 2016.
Ria Timkin – Market Stage 6pm
Fresh from a performance at Brisfest, the incredibly talented Ria Timkin will be bringing her indie pop sound to Redfest. Originally from Moscow, Ria will have us all charmed and inspired in what is set to be a highlight of a performance.
RSVP – Main Stage 8pm
One thing that is unmissable is the headline performance from RSVP. The Bristol Bhangra legends are no strangers to big crowds and are sure to bring their legendary high energy shows to Redfest 2016. Famed for inspiring mass dance sessions, their performance is bound to have everyone up on their feet bopping and swinging with excitement. Make sure you save time for this!
